On Thursday, December 17, Chase Home received $500 from The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce at its annual Holiday Gala.IMG_2425

Noting the support was “unexpected,” Chase Home Executive Director Meme Wheeler said it comes at a great time. “We have launched a Capital Campaign so we can continue to make infrastructural repairs to Chase Home,” she said. “Any dollar amount helps as we look to make Chase Home as sustainable as possible moving forward, so we can meet the needs of kids and families in crisis.”

An initial gift of $2,500 by Insurcomm helped launch Chase Home’s Capital Campaign. Serving 36% of youth requiring intermediate placement in New Hampshire, Chase Home is one of five intermediate level group homes in NH. The youth we serve have all been involved with the state’s criminal justice system and require significant interventions.
