2015 has been a tough year for Chase Home with substantial damage to our property due to weather and other issues, but things are looking much better thanks to the wonderful work by Insurcomm. Renovations to the second floor are now complete! We are in the home stretch!
Serving 36% of youth requiring intermediate placement in New Hampshire, Chase Home is one of five intermediate level group homes in NH. The youth we serve have all been involved with the state’s criminal justice system and require significant interventions.
