On Tuesday, November 15, more than 75 people are expected to attend Chase Home’s 3rd Annual Wine, Appetizer & Chocolate Tasting at Demeters Steakhouse in Portsmouth—and tickets are still available.

“We are already 50 percent ahead of last year’s numbers in terms of attendance and the entire board is really trying to push for more,” said Rob Levey, Chase Home board president.

According to Levey, Chase Home’s mission intersects with many of the area’s other “core nonprofits.”

In meeting these needs, he said it is important to note Chase Home’s emphasis on collaboration and community engagement.

“We work with dozens of corporate entities, many of whom make financial contributions or donate in-kind services,” he said. “In terms of our programs, we coordinate with every agency possible to ensure the best care. We use evidence based strategies and we are working to better track our outcomes. We are doing everything we can to provide youth with a chance for a better life.”

At the 3rd Annual Wine, Appetizer & Chocolate Tasting, guests will enjoy pairings of wine and chocolate donated by Lindt in addition to a variety of appetizers. The event takes place at Demeters Steakhouse in Portsmouth from 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, November 15.
