Offering services in the home and at its residential home in Portsmouth where up to 18 youth may live at any one time, Chase Home additionally works with caregivers with a goal to reunify families.

“This fundraiser is a chance for the community to learn a little bit more about us as well as meet some of the staff that work with our youth and families,” said Chase Home Executive Director Meme Wheeler. “It’s also a chance to find out what’s next for us, as we continue to evolve and proactively develop programs to directly address the opiate epidemic in the state.”

Currently serving more than 2 dozen families in Portsmouth alone, 100% of the individuals served by Chase Home have been affected by the opiate epidemic. Partnering with numerous area agencies, Chase Home works efficiently in the community to maximize its impact.

Individual tickets for the fundraiser are $65, a pair is $110, while a box of wine (6 tickets) is $300. The event will take place on Tuesday, November 15 from 6 and 8 pm at Demeters Steakhouse, 3612 Lafayette Rd in Portsmouth.
